4 out of 10 would...

Liked: The lobby of this facility was clean and welcoming. The continental breakfast was good and had good options for both youth and adults.
Disliked: The parking lot had quite a bit of trash around. One of my rooms was not to any standard that anyone should accept. Biggest issue was with the bathroom. There was no smoke detector, and the wires were hanging out of the ceiling with exposed wires, which is against fire/safety codes and is actually a violation. The shower continuously dripped. There was mildew in the shower and it had not been properly cleaned. The toilet had not been properly cleaned as there were fecal particles in it. The water pressure in the shower was VERY low. In the bedroom, there was no light bulb in the light next to the bed. The outlets did not work next to the bed. Had to charge phone across the room. At check out, I brought these things up and the lady on duty stated the room is not supposed to be checked out as it is on the list to not be used. I didn't ask to change rooms earlier because we had went to a concert and didn't realize these things until 12 at night and was ready to just go to bed.

Liked: Evacuating from florida-reservation at another hotel was horrible and staff was able to accomodate

Disliked: Very dirty, tile needed mopping and cleaned, refrig needed maintenance , window covering ripped. We stayed 2 days, the trash was not emptied, bed was not made and dirty towels removed.Elevator dirty.

Evacuation Destination

Liked: The room was a good size as my disabled Aunt had a mobility scooter. The beds were comfy. There was a roll in shower for her needs. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: We had to wait for the room to be cleaned at check in, due to a housekeeping shortage. No shower bar to hang the shower curtain they gave us, so the floor got soaked. Dog barking relentlessly in the next room, until the lady came back after she was called about it. This happened a few times, whenever the lady left, the dog barked until she came back.

The housekeeper's was excellent but...

Liked: We were evacuated in Tampa and had to come up to Dothan, Alabama. Upon arrival at 3:00 in the morning on Tuesday they did not have no rooms available because everybody from Florida was coming in. It took them till 11:00 to get us a room. We slept in the parking lot but the house cleaner named Tori was so sweet. She actually got me in my room sooner than others because I have my little one with me. She was the only one that went out of her way to get it done. Staying there for 2 days. The housekeepers were very excellent in helping us with everything. If anybody deserves a raise or recognition would be Tori in the housekeepers people and the person that made the breakfast.
Disliked: The front service desk guy was rude and not friendly. And acting like we were an issue for being there. All the florida people were there trying to escape Milton the hurricane. And we didn't know if we were going back to a home or not and he acted like we were an issue for being at this hotel. When the fact is some of us might have gone back home without having a home but the housekeepers and the lady that made the breakfast was so compassionate and understanding and wonderful to everybody there. And Tori was Excellent
