Liked: The lobby of this facility was clean and welcoming. The continental breakfast was good and had good options for both youth and adults.
Disliked: The parking lot had quite a bit of trash around. One of my rooms was not to any standard that anyone should accept. Biggest issue was with the bathroom. There was no smoke detector, and the wires were hanging out of the ceiling with exposed wires, which is against fire/safety codes and is actually a violation. The shower continuously dripped. There was mildew in the shower and it had not been properly cleaned. The toilet had not been properly cleaned as there were fecal particles in it. The water pressure in the shower was VERY low. In the bedroom, there was no light bulb in the light next to the bed. The outlets did not work next to the bed. Had to charge phone across the room. At check out, I brought these things up and the lady on duty stated the room is not supposed to be checked out as it is on the list to not be used. I didn't ask to change rooms earlier because we had went to a concert and didn't realize these things until 12 at night and was ready to just go to bed.

Liked: Evacuating from florida-reservation at another hotel was horrible and staff was able to accomodate
Disliked: Nothing

Disliked: Very dirty, tile needed mopping and cleaned, refrig needed maintenance , window covering ripped. We stayed 2 days, the trash was not emptied, bed was not made and dirty towels removed.Elevator dirty.
