Liked: Spacious room and bathroom

Liked: Very nice location
Disliked: I have nothing nice to say. My room was not ready at check in. Restroom in the lobby dirty. I was moved from 3rd floor to the 1st. Room was not any better shades broken and taped to the window, bed cover and towels had yellow stains.

Liked: It is in a safe area with all major stores/restaurants in close proximity. It was in a central location to the events I was attending (University of Dayton Arena and the Nutter Center). Pros: indoor swimming pool & continental breakfast.
Disliked: My shades were broken; there was rust and hairs in the bathtub and on the ceiling.

Liked: The bed, the staff, and the cinnamon rolls
Disliked: No
