Rude receptionist, lofty doors and...

Disliked: We paid via booking directly in advance. Booking told us to get the invoice at the reception. When checking out the receptionist didn't want to give us invoice, referred us back to booking because we paid to them, saying she can't give us invoice because we paid to book not to hotel. No matter how hard we tried to show her the emails and text messages from booking that they can't issue invoices that they were only a monetary transaction person in the case and to get the invoice from the receptionist they still refused. Invoices were of course needed for our business. Poor service.

Liked: Awesome experience! Renovations are almost complete. I was happy when she gave me multiple options for a room. Breakfast was awesome! Dining area was spacious. The room was great and very clean. The only issue is the shower curtain was a little short so the water got on the floor a bit so just ask for extra towels, other than that, it was great!

Awesome staff!

Liked: Very clean, elevators were conveniently located, beds were comfortable, we got in very very late to check in after driving 7 hours and had a funeral next day so they graciously gave us a late checkout so we could get some extra rest and could go straight from the hotel to the service.
