Liked: staff very nice. I requested a room with two beds but they only had king left so I appreciated the discounted rate to make up for the inconvenience. bed was very comfortable, not a bad drive to downtown and nice to have free parking and free breakfast included opposed to staying downtown and paying much higher rate plus having to pay for parking and breakfast
Disliked: no waffles. I haven't stayed at a hotel in a very long time that didn't have a waffle maker

Rude receptionist, lofty doors and...

Disliked: We paid via booking directly in advance. Booking told us to get the invoice at the reception. When checking out the receptionist didn't want to give us invoice, referred us back to booking because we paid to them, saying she can't give us invoice because we paid to book not to hotel. No matter how hard we tried to show her the emails and text messages from booking that they can't issue invoices that they were only a monetary transaction person in the case and to get the invoice from the receptionist they still refused. Invoices were of course needed for our business. Poor service.

Liked: Awesome experience! Renovations are almost complete. I was happy when she gave me multiple options for a room. Breakfast was awesome! Dining area was spacious. The room was great and very clean. The only issue is the shower curtain was a little short so the water got on the floor a bit so just ask for extra towels, other than that, it was great!
