Liked: The property was great. It certainly located in a wonderful neighborhood. our room was great. The staff is great. Holiday Inn should be very proud of this address.
Disliked: No negative comments here

Basic with a comfy bed

Liked: beds are really comfortable. easy entry which is important as I travel with someone with a chronic illness. Room was quiet
Disliked: we had an accessible room but tthe bathroom fixtures are broken and need replacing. adjustable height shower head was rusted out and toilet paper roll holder was broken so roll kept falling off onto the floor. Bad heating and cooling. hard to regulate temp in the room.

Disliked: Ice machine was old and outdated and there was some unfinished drain and ceiling maintenance left undone by elevator.

Liked: The staff were wonderful. So helpful. The air conditioner rattled when it came on. I give the staff a 10. Breakfast was great.
