Liked: Staff was great. I booked the wrong Holiday Inn location, and they helped me get it transferred to the correct location.

I wouldn’t stay here again.

Liked: Very nice young man at the front desk.
Disliked: My room smelled like old smoke. I’m glad I didn’t need to shower because the grout was moldy, and dirty. Looked terrible. Not what I’m use to in a Holiday Inn Express.

We love it and always...

Liked: We love Holiday Inn Express. We know what we will get no matter where it is located. Fits our needs perfectly.
Disliked: We were disappointed that the tub in 310 was damaged around the drain and mildew was in the grout around the tub. Very unusual for Holiday Inn.

Disliked: Getting back on the road during morning rush hour traffic was a little challenging.
