Liked: Convenient location
Disliked: The rooms did not have hot water. The second room we were moved to smelled of awful cigarette smoke. The staff left an ozone machine in the room trying to clear out cigarette smoke. Would never stay at another holiday inn express again, especially with kids

Disliked: Tv didn’t work. Checked in on Valentine’s Day and had to wait for two different people to try and fix tv. Then had to wait for them to find another roomReserved a king size bed and ended up with two queen

Besides the fire altering set...

Liked: It smelled and looked so nice. Very comfortable beds.

Disliked: Toilet broke/ in room phone was broken so I could not call the desk/ the vent in the bathroom did not work/. Cracked countertops in bathroom/ one and a half hours into breakfast, they ran out of cinnamon rolls and all white milk which I had wanted for my son. I travel a lot and this service was not what I expected from a Holiday Inn express at 150/night

Disliked: The housekeeper man he aggressively blocked me from getting out of the elevator and he would not move so I could get off he blocked it with his cart and I reported him to the manager when I was checking out and they didn’t say anything to me about my complaint but they would pay me in points and I said that I didn’t pay in points so don’t give me points to compensate for a man that could have been trying to hurt me and he is your staff.
