Disliked: I did not like the fact that they still have a pending hold on my account even after I checked out. I reached out to them for a receipt to dispute this hold with my card provider, and they stated they don't have any paperwork to give because the transaction was online. However, when I arrived at the Holiday Inn, I had to sign paperwork for them to place a hold on my card. Now I'm having trouble getting my money returned to my card. Checked in December 8 and checked out December 9 and today is December 22. I did not like the fact that they still have a pending hold on my account even after I checked out. I reached out to them for a receipt to dispute this hold with my card provider, and they stated they don't have any paperwork to give because the transaction was online.
