Booking was canceled without my...

Liked: The staff at the front desk was very understanding and empathetic. She apologized profusely and I appreciated her understanding.
Disliked: I'm not sure if it was booking.com or the hotel themselves, but my reservation was canceled without letting me know. I didn't find out until 10:30 p.m. with two children in the car the day of my stay. I was unable to get booked in another room because they were sold out so I had to scramble to find anywhere with availability that I could afford. The staff at the front desk was more than helpful but unfortunately this was my experience.

Liked: I like that the room was huge. It was close to Fort Jackson.
Disliked: Front desk staff could’ve been a little more friendly. Kind of hard to get out on highway from the hotel.
