Young lady with red hair was very professional even though things were not going perfect!

Liked: So new, fresh and clean.
Disliked: Too bad shuttle van was broken down!

Questionable stain on the sheets.

Liked: It was close to my meeting.
Disliked: It was right next to the highway and the traffic was very loud. There were homeless people around the area. It smelled like smoke. There was a weird stain on the sheets.

I probably will not be...

Liked: The people at the front desk were nice and friendly. The housekeeping staff was great. The location of the hotel was really good.
Disliked: Elevator wasn’t working, the breakfast was terrible, the water pressure was bad, majority of the towels appeared to be stained, and the AC unit didn’t appear to be working properly.
