The staff were wonderful, super...

Liked: the breakfast was great, there was a QR code to tip the person who does the breakfast. Tipping is out of control, pay a living wage and that won't be necessary.
Disliked: The handsoap dispenser didn't work (I received a new container) and the sink was slow to drain

Liked: I honestly put it in my mind just another hotel. I was shocked at how clean and comfortable it was. The staff WOW!!! They are so accommodating and beyond kind..
Disliked: The staff and the family rooms. Couches should be mandatory in every room
