Wonderful stay, beautiful city!

Liked: Nice variety at breakfast, room was clean and happy to see full size hand soap, lotion, shower soap, shampoo & conditioner!
Disliked: NA

Superb

Our stay was good, but...

Liked: The breakfast buffet that is included.
Disliked: No one was around to keep the breakfast tables clean. Our table had dried hot sauce on the table.

Liked: It was clean and we had great service everyday of our stay.

Besides the strong chlorine everything...

Liked: Cleanliness and staff was friendly and helpful
Disliked: The pool had to much chlorine and could not stay for too long

Look Elsewhere-Dirty

Liked: Close location to attractions.
Disliked: Parking was terrible. We were doordinged bad the first night and the 2nd night someone parked sideways taking up FOUR parking spaces. I alerted staff bc people were having trouble finding spots and nothing was done, but the did direct us to another area to park which nobody seemed aware of bc of the private property sign. The room was also dirty. I killed 2 spiders the first night. Stains on the carpet, couch, and ceiling. One of the beds had a sheet that had a bunch of small holes in it and looked stained or something, absolutely disgusting. When I pay for a room, especially $219-230 I don't expect to have to have to check for those things but thank God we did before going to sleep.The downstairs outside access also doesn't lock. No matter what time. My 5 yr old was able to pull the door open with no key card each time. And at least 3 ice machines were broken. When we asked the staff they shrugged and said we could try the next floor. Floor 3 was the only working ice machine we found. We ended up meeting another guest ice searching who also expressed the same issue last time they were here and also complained of the parking.
