Liked: I don't know.I never got to Check-in the front staff.Lady was so rude.I booked on a booking.com.A executive Mercury told me.I just had a ring of chemistry and she was.What's not going to give me that room?Unless I paid more money.She did not even give me the opportunity to call and have either booking dot com or IGH make it correct. She's so really told me then either.I pay for the room I leave. When really?She should have been the one calling round and seeing why my room was messed up.. I have traveled to many places And stayed on a lot of different hotels in my resorts and have you never been treated so. She was the worst person i've ever met. I brought food with me because I thought I was gonna have a kitchen with the refrigerator and all my food went bad because I had to sit next door for 2 hours trying to get through to somebody and still never ended up getting through someone to get me my room.My food went bad. Worst experience ever.

Liked: The location was a good halfway stop. We had good nights sleep. The room accommodated the four of us very comfortably. Breakfast fully met our needs.

Exceeded expectations!

Liked: We had a renovated room. It was very clean and had good bathroom products. Breakfast had a diverse good range of options hot and cold. We used it while traveling and it was perfectly located just off the turnpike.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn’t like. The elevator was a little small but that is a bit hard to change :)
