When we returned to room following concert, we found the toilet leaking. This was noticed by the sound of water flowing upon flushing and the 1/2 inch water buildup beneath the toilet tank. Reported immediately to the front desk. They sent a young woman to investigate. She mopped the floor with towels and the front desk assured me that they would keep the floor dry through the night. They said they could provide another room if I wanted to move. Considering that we'd be using the toilet a few times through the night and morning, we opted to move. This was all at approximately 12 midnight. Second room was fine but on a noisy corner. Asked for an adjustment to our bill at checkout and was told that we had received a discounted rate on booking and that the hotel could do nothing as they hadn't yet been paid. All in all, a bad experience with no adjustment at all for the inconvenience of having to move everything to a new room at midnight.

Liked: Breakfast was really good. They switch what hot food they serve every other day. Great location- close to stores and only 15 minute drive to clearwater beach. Whole hotel was really clean and staff was very helpful. I would definitely stay again!
Disliked: The pool was pretty small and parking lot is not that big so some nights it was hard to get a spot.

Liked: The only thing I didn’t like was that the room had a humidity smell that I didn’t realized at first but after a while if I realized early I would it ask to be change the room. I recommend to clean better the rooms before the people gets there.
