Liked: Friendly staff

Liked: Ample, well stocked breakfast selection. Very clean and well maintained. A lot of things to do within walking distance. I believe it's the only hotel in the heart of downtown Dunedin.
Disliked: Older hotel, rooms are pretty basic, confirm in advance if you want a microwave - not standard in all rooms.

Liked: For the price, the breakfast was adequate but not superior. The staff were cordial and helpful, especially the person who served in the breakfast area. The room was clean.
Disliked: The room, although clean was missing a microwave oven. This is inexcusable for this price range. Finally, it has been over 48 hours since my checkout and the Holiday Inn Express in Dunedin, Florida is still holding my $50 incidentals deposit.

Liked: The staff was amazing and very accommodating and helpful. We will definitely be back!
Disliked: The only thing that would have made it better is to have USB charging stations in the room!

Liked: Close location to downtown. Easy walking distance to shore and restaurants. Free breakfast.
Disliked: No
