All 3 ladies that we met during our stay were so much fun. They seem to love the job and were eager to make our stay fun and enjoyable. Me and my best friend went out without our 6 kids to have needed fun and catch a show. I was happy to be greeted with a clean room and we had team of staff members pumping us up as we left for the night. Thanks for making my stay worry free.

The experience was enjoyable, however the price could have been better.

Overall, it was a good...

Liked: The staff was friendly. The room was large. The close location to the Newport Aquarium and other downtown features was a very nice perk! Having breakfast there in the morning saved us time and money. The breakfast variety offered was impressive!
Disliked: The pull out couch bed was very uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on springs. But, given the size of my family, we had no choice but to use it. The regular beds were very comfortable though and I would highly recommend them.
