All 3 ladies that we met during our stay were so much fun. They seem to love the job and were eager to make our stay fun and enjoyable. Me and my best friend went out without our 6 kids to have needed fun and catch a show. I was happy to be greeted with a clean room and we had team of staff members pumping us up as we left for the night. Thanks for making my stay worry free.

Liked: Every single employee we met and cleanliness.
Disliked: Nothing at all.

The experience was enjoyable, however the price could have been better.

Liked: Large room; appeared clean; friendly staff; adjustable air flow; nice view.
Disliked: Pool was closed - odd smell when first entering the room.

Disappointing

Liked: the front desk staff were friendly, and they use refillable cleaning products to reduce plastic bottle usage, which I think is really eco-friendly and great.
Disliked: The staff told me that the hotel overbooked, so the room I originally booked with two queen beds was replaced with one king bed and a sofa bed, which was uncomfortable—like sleeping directly on the springs with no cushioning. The hotel might be undergoing renovations, as the entire floor and even the room had a strong paint smell, which was very unpleasant and gave me a headache. I was even woke up in the middle of the night by that awful smell.

Disliked: Breakfast could have been a lot better. Bananas were bad no good apples pancake machine was down. Need to upgrade your biscuits and gravy they are not good cinnamon rolls are good

Great place to stay

Liked: Pool was a little cold but otherwise everything was good. Amazing location. Was close to everywhere we were going. Will absolutely stay there again!!

Nice weekend getaway.

Liked: Location was good, quiet, variety of restaurants nearby; trolley/public transportation stop was right outside the hotel.Wonderful breakfast buffet- something for everyone.
Disliked: Booking agency had over booked the hotel, as they were down several rooms due to some remodeling/updating; so, we were not able to get the room we booked. Hotel did offer us a couple of options to accommodate our needs/stay.

Disliked: Weird smell all through the hallways it was almost unbearable thankfully the room smelled okay. Also the staff walked in our room 3 times before check out.
