All 3 ladies that we met during our stay were so much fun. They seem to love the job and were eager to make our stay fun and enjoyable. Me and my best friend went out without our 6 kids to have needed fun and catch a show. I was happy to be greeted with a clean room and we had team of staff members pumping us up as we left for the night. Thanks for making my stay worry free.

Liked: Every single employee we met and cleanliness.
Disliked: Nothing at all.

The experience was enjoyable, however the price could have been better.

Liked: Large room; appeared clean; friendly staff; adjustable air flow; nice view.
Disliked: Pool was closed - odd smell when first entering the room.

Great stay!

Liked: We like the convenience of how it was located to all of the sites we wanted to visit. Also, the breakfast buffet was excellent!

Disliked: I don't know where the problem originated, but when I arrived they had no record of my reservation. Fortunately, I had a printed copy of my confirmation, and they had one room available.

Comfortable for a family!!

Liked: The room was spacious and the beds were extra comfortable!! Everything we needed or could need was right there. With kids it was really nice having that room for them. The cinnamon rolls for breakfast was absolutely delicious!! Also, the hotel was close to all the things (ice cream, the river, BLINK, etc).
Disliked: Both the shower and sink were plugged? Neither drained very fast. The shower ceiling was in need of a good cleaning. Found it odd that the light was mostly in the shower. I don't think electric and showers mix. Also the shower head was not able to be moved so it was a lot of crouching to get in the water. I'm 6' imagine how much my son had to crouch he's 6'4"! Also, would have been nice to mix up breakfast each day.
