Disappointing

Liked: Staff super friendly
Disliked: We had the king space suite. Jacuzzi tub had bubbles and just scum when we went to use it.. our bedding had make up stains on it which they did change right away.. stains on furniture.. for a room that we know adults participate in "activities" they could at least wipe the headboards down so we don't see their HAND PRINTS EVERYWHERE.

Bugs

Liked: I didn’t stay. There was little black bugs all over bed. I checked out and didn’t stay the night. The manager was supposed to call me. No refund, no call . Horrible business practice
Disliked: No bugs on bedding. Managers not calling or refunding my money

I came to town for...

Liked: Breakfast was hot/warm, cooked well and plentiful. The server was very nice and professional yet personable.
Disliked: The mattress was a bit too hard and not too comfortable.

Nothing exceptional here.

Disliked: The tub jets were dirty, Empty, and used plastic cups under the desk

Disliked: Staff was scarce and uninformative
