Terrible!!

Disliked: Something bit me twice in the bed. On my arm and back, had to leave the property earlier than expected . Didn’t feel comfortable and still not sure what bit me. Will NEVER return!!

Disliked: We stayed at that facility because a family member was in the hospital. When we arrived about 9pm, the person behind the counter was very nice and accommodating. We got our room key and headed to our room. As soon as we got off the elevator, we knew we had a problem. About 15 young women (ranging from 10-15 yrs old) were running up and down the hallway yelling and slamming doors. We walked through them to our room hoping they would stop. They did not. After a few minutes I opened the door and asked them (in a somewhat aggressive tone I admit) to please stop it. Immediately I was confronted by a woman who was clearly high on something. Screaming at me to mind my own business and the girls had until 11 pm to do whatever they wanted. My husband stepped out of the room, and she immediately threatened him with bodily harm and told the neighbor who opened their door to "close your damn door unless you want to see me kick this old guy's white ass". Meanwhile, all the young ladies had their phones out just waiting for something to happen. Probably for my husband to hit her. Being that he is a deacon in the catholic church, that would never happen. He did say how disappointed he was that this is what she is teaching these young girls. She screamed a few more expletives at us before we went in our room and closed, locked our door. We then went back to the lobby to complain. We were immediately given a different room on a different floor. We were supposed to stay a week, but I could barely get through the night worrying that she would find us or send someone else to find us. I didn't feel safe at all. When we checked out the next morning, I told the new person at the counter what happened, and he said we were not the only people to complain about them and they had been asked to leave. Too little too late for me.
