Disliked: Our room was 122 and people were going in and out the door either it slamming all night long.It shook our room and we didn't get any sleep.We went to the front desk in the morning.The clerk at the front desk gave us a new room.We moved to a new room. We packed up and moved to room 309.We opened the door and a woman screamed.This room was occupied-.We went back to the front desk and asked for a manager. The manager Todd didn't cone in until 8. We had a vendor show. We put our items back in room 122. We arrived back to the hotel at 5 and the manager had left for the day.The keys to our room had been deactivated.The desk clerk gave us a new room.We are very disappointed in this. We stay here because of the typical quality but this is unacceptable.Please call.me at 5705293350Ray Bixby

Liked: I Loved how my shower was ready for me it was really clean . I do suggest that not only clean the shower but the handle rail in the shower had where it is attached to the shower had gunk on it , just they way you would have that at home but please take the time to clean that bc as I took a wonderful shower I couldn’t stop looking at it . Other than that everything was wonderful and I had a late check out bc I was literally glued to their comfortable beds . This hotel is definitely on one of my I feel comfortable visiting the city using this hotel list . Staff was awesome from check in- to check out , just very pleasant till the point I wrote a review and this is my first review ever. It was the ppl that sold it for me . My room wasn’t quite ready when I arrived at 3:43 however the way the team hustled and stayed calm and collected was awesome, and it was perfectly clean when I got inside .
Disliked: The shower had gunk on the railing.
