Disliked: The hotel had my first name wrong on the reservation, although it was correct on Booking.com. The desk clerk was smug and quite pleased with herself for *not* letting me into my room. I had to get Booking.com on the phone. Then after that the room was not ready even though she knew I needed the room at check-in time for a wedding. Got to the room and the maids were still in there. She had 30 minutes to get the crew in there but didn't. Also disappointed with Booking.com who didn't follow up to get to the bottom of why my first name got corrupted on the reservation.

Liked: I love the staff especially the breakfast and house keeper staff. Best stay for sure !!!! The coffee and water was amazing
Disliked: My husband begin cramping and I needed mustard. There was no mustard available and all the stores were closed around this hotel. FYI please get all items needed before 11pm or drive 8 miles towards town for the 24 hour Holiday store
