I did not expect this...

Liked: Front desk person was nice and room was clean
Disliked: No television service at all Bath/ shower water never got hot

Good

Disliked: Cable TV wasn't working well, over half the channels didn't work. The front desk people advised me the TV tech and the manager were gone and there was no one else available. This was at 330 pm on a Tuesday..UNACCEPTABLE

Pleasant

Liked: Room was clean, but the toilet was very hard to flush and they need to replace the mechanism in the toilet. Was looking forward to the hot tub but it was not working. Didn’t use the pool but could hear people even though we were on the 3rd floor. Their complementary breakfast was good, eggs, pancakes, sausage, bacon and all the regular stuff great variety. Overall it was ok for the amount of time we were there.

Work ethic gone for good?...

Liked: It was a decent place to stay. As most places, staff isn't attentive to operations. Pool room was cold and no lights were in. No remote for TV in workout room. We had to go to drive across the road to Lifetime fitness to sit in the hot tub. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was because of the hot tub.
Disliked: Cleaner could have done a better job. As 90% of employees today they were on their phone more than paying attention to their job. When booking and there is an amenity not available, the one booking should be notified.
