Disliked: The property was dirty and there was fecal matter in the toilet. I was asked for my credit card for incidentals. I asked if they were going to charge it and I was told no, it was a pre authorization. Then I was charged $200. I called and told them that they should have told me upfront about the charge. I will never stay with this company or its properties and will not use booking m.com because they did not disclose the information. Please be aware.

Disliked: Was put at the end of hall for daytime sleeping but the room right next to us was occupied, had to turn on our portable fan to drown their noise. Id rather be in middle with no one right next to us .

Liked: I adore the breakfast and the staff was very understanding and accommodating when my family wanted to remain the in the lobby and chat.
