A place was terribly rundown...

Liked: Front desk clerk was very helpful and personable.
Disliked: Place was totally rundown pool and hot tub look like assess pool and it smelled very unhappy with the stay at Holiday Inn express.

Disliked: Reception personnel- didn't listen - just answered questions they thought they heard with standard stock phrasesFrustrating and poorly trained

Disappointing

Liked: The room and bed were okay and it was quiet.
Disliked: I have stayed at Holiday Inn Express in other areas and the Carson City location, no coffee or water or cookies were available upon arrival in the afternoon, the breakfast was minimal. ALSO, the disabled parking was halfway around the building, this doesn't seem right.
