Liked: Comfy bed, hood breakfast.
Disliked: Heater didn’t work (and there was dog hair on the lounge chair); got moved to another room. Plus they charged my card for the room even though I’d already paid through booking.com. Still waiting for refund.

Disliked: The pool was ice cold and the hot tub was like warm at best.

Home away from home but...

Liked: Loved the customer service! So helpful, patient, and kind. The clean air-conditioned room, the luxurious bathroom toiletries, the hot indoor jacuzzi and cool pool, the devine breakfast, and most comfy bed and pillows are sure to bring me and my family back when visiting Carlsbad, NM!
Disliked: My kids were so excited about our rooms features of two tvs, but unfortunately, we were unable to have the wifi internet access to play online games.

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The pool and hot tub was super clean, well kept, and was open from 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. which was very nice because we ended up checking in fairly late after hiking Carlsbad Caverns all day. The kids loved it! The beds were very clean and comfortable and the room was nice and quiet and we all slept very well. The breakfast was delicious and had so many options. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. We needed some extra bedding and they brought it up really quickly.
