Holiday inn

Liked: Great location in town
Disliked: I wasn't given the room I reserved with two beds. They changed it to a conference room with giant conference table and one bed. It was irritating. They didn't have anymore rooms. They said they had a jetted tub and they didn't. I wouldn't stay there again.

Enjoyed the cleanliness and quietness.

Liked: Heated pool and the comfort of the room.

She was worst front desk...

Liked: Nothing booked the room she said it wasn’t booked nor card on file was no helpful on how to confirm the situation fast. Then after saying we didn’t have the room she charged us a late fee including room for not even staying at the hotel. Now how she going to not have it on file to give us the room but charge us for not staying in it including a late fee
