Great business hotel newly renovated

Liked: Newly renovated fresh hotel, comfy beds and large rooms. Management very service minded. Unfortunately I didn't have time to try their breakfast. Next time I will.
Disliked: The check in process was unusually long. Unclear if it was a competence issue or something else. Room for improvement. Everything else was fine.

Night staff needs some work...

Liked: Property was clean and well maintained.
Disliked: The night staff was awful! We stood for almost 10 minutes waiting on someone to check us in after 14+ hours in the car. Once someone came up we got zero apologies. Just went straight to “can I help you?” With a bored look on his face. There was zero respect given. The morning staff was fantastic!!! Especially the lady running breakfast. She was over the top with our boys and smiling and greeting everyone that came in.

Liked: I tried to cancel or change the date, but I got the run around and they ignored my requests and did not help at all. Bad customer service!
