Liked: Breakfast was decent. Rooms were clean. Day staff was very pleasant.
Disliked: Pool was out of service for renovations. No one said a word it was a sign in the elevator. It would be nice to know as we had family with us that would’ve liked to swim.

Disliked: The management was not cooperative in helping me cancel my stay even though booking.com agreed and reached out to hotel by phone and email to request

Disliked: First room they put us was bad. Shades didn’t work and room wasn’t very clean. Next room didn’t have a king bed like we had reserved but per the attendant it was the only room left. (It had two small queen beds). It worked for one night. Also the rooms have thin walls as we could hear everything from the adjacent room and hallway.
