Disliked: Lots of construction down the hill

We prefer Holiday inn express...

Liked: Nice choices of breakfast items. Hot foods were served nice and hot. Such a great variety for dietary needs. Layout of breakfast area was excellent.
Disliked: First class all the way. Nicely lit area, comfortable seating, and a quiet atmosphere. No complaints!

Only thing I found odd...

Don’t pay for the upgraded...

Disliked: I booked and paid for a specific room, and was given a different room. It was blamed on Priceline, which I’ve never used. Was then refused a refund or a change of room, stating that all the rooms were the same price. Even though I looked and found many options available right then for much less cost. The shower water is orange as well.

Overall I was rather pleased...

Liked: The rooms were very clean, and the bed was comfy. I really enjoyed the breakfast, and they would switch up the options daily. Staff were very friendly and willing to help answer our questions during our stay.
Disliked: I paid for a balcony king room, and I was rather disappointed in my balcony view. We were on the first floor, and our balcony was facing trees, therefore we couldn’t see anything. And we were also in the back of the hotel, therefore had a view of the dumpsters and parking lot.
