Liked: Our stay was wonderful!! We requested a first floor room and we got it!!! All of the Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: Above us was a family that were pounding and running. Must have been kids. This was going on for hours. Finally I went to the Front desk about 10:45 to complain. Staff was helpful. It still went in for awhile longer. That was disappointing. Finally we all fell asleep.

Exceptional

Disliked: Only 1 elevator got really behind

Disliked: All of the kids broke out in a rash from the waterpark, assuming from the chemicals. Also on our first day, the water in the kid area was very cold!! the Bar/Grill in the pool area should be open earlier.

It is a fine place...

Liked: Breakfast was good. Location was fine.
Disliked: Waterpark needs a lot of maintenance done. Lots of items not working. The room walls were thin - could hear dogs barking and babies screaming over night.

Kids enjoyed Waterpark and arcade...

Liked: My request for adjoining rooms was not met. I made much effort for this criteria. Very disappointing. Also had requested late check out.... had to verify membership and then 2 primo rate rooms weren't both entitled to a late checkout

Superb

Liked: The staff were awesome and very accommodating.
Disliked: There were several water features broken and didn't work. Somethings were rusty. The breakfast was just ok, not very kid friendly.

Liked: The staff are always nice, & it’s always clean. The waterpark is on of our favorites in mn! There is a good amount of stuff for toddlers to do!

Disliked: The sofa hide a bed was very uncomfortable. The waterpark was very crowded.
