Bad experience

Liked: The lady who worked at the front desk was very nice, helpful, and sweet.
Disliked: Upon arrival, the sheets had stains on them. Housekeeping only came to collect towels the 3 nights of our stay. I've never stayed at a hotel, and there was no tissue in the bathroom. We had to go downstairs for everything that we needed. The laundry facility is raggedy. The lady at the front desk was very kind. She came to wiggle the cord to get the washer to even start after putting coins in the slot. The breakfast was horrible. There's a car wash down the street, which I thought was a club due to the loud music playing. My children wanted to swim but couldn't do so due to a couple making out in the pool. Our entire stay was horrible. We did drive to Gulf Shores to visit the beach. I wish we would have picked a different hotel to make our stay more enjoyable.

They canceled my reservation 5...

Liked: We showed up at 6:45pm for our stay and was told they canceled our reservation & should have received an email. I checked my email then and it came through 5 min before we showed up. They offered us nothing, their reasoning for canceling sounded a little sketchy. Luckily I did pay at the property so I did not loose out on my money. We then had to call around to find a hotel with a room for a family of 4.
