Liked: Staff was friendly, breakfast was better than usual, room was really nice
Disliked: Paid extra for a jetted tub room. The room is the very first room next to the lobby. So you hear every single person walking by, talking in the lobby, kids crying, all while trying to relax in that tub you paid extra for. All 3 ice machines were "out of service" along with the entire business center.

Liked: I did NOT stay in Vestal. I stayed at the Holiday Inn Downtown in Binghamton, NY. I had made a reservation in August to attend an event in Binghamton, but I was told upon arrival that there was NO reservation.
Disliked: I did NOT stay in Vestal! I stayed in downtown Binghamton. Although a Keurig is provided in the room, we did not use it, and would have preferred an accessible coffee station at the hotel. The available breakfast option is over-priced for what you get, (I've had it there before) and I was not about to spend $15.00 for a cup of coffee. We ate elsewhere. Other hotels kindly provide a coffee station - please consider doing it here.
