Liked: Very accessible to Binghamton University.
Disliked: Workout room was too hot.

Disappointed that pool was out...

Liked: The staff was super friendly & the breakfast was really good.
Disliked: Specifically booked that hotel for the indoor pool only to be told when checking in that the pool was out of order. That should have been noted on the website or bookings should have been notified maybe via email.

Disliked: Laundry starts at 7am and wakes everyone up the whole visit. Two busses of kids running down the hallways past 9pmA random $20 charge to my card at check in when already paid in full

Very disappointed with our stay...

Liked: Always stay here when in town and the location is what we like.
Disliked: The POOL !! It was not cared for, it was so cloudy you couldn’t see the bottom. It had stringy white things floating in it and it smelled. Plus the pool was ice cold

Liked: Staff very pleasant. Breakfast offering exceptional! Beds and pillows comfy. Room clean.
Disliked: Light in main entry and automatic blind did not work. It took 24 hrs to get in repair so we could turn on light and open the blind therefore room was dark using bathroom light and desk light. Lights on wall over beds also broken kept flickering so could not use. We were in first floor by pool, the room and hall smelled like chlorine, the bottom of pool needs paint or cleaning. Ran out of towels and Tpaper but desk provided.
