Pleasant stay.

Liked: Very accessible to Binghamton University.
Disliked: Workout room was too hot.

Pleasant

Liked: The hallway smelled like pot. The shower head in bathroom room was broken. The tv remote was annoying to work. The pool was ridiculously cold.

Would I stay there again?...

Liked: Bed appeared new and everything was very clean.
Disliked: I had to request a bath mat and there was no bath rubber mat available in the shower and no handrails. Also, the shower corners looked as thought they needed some TLC.

Liked: The staff was super friendly & the breakfast was really good.
Disliked: Specifically booked that hotel for the indoor pool only to be told when checking in that the pool was out of order. That should have been noted on the website or bookings should have been notified maybe via email.

Disliked: Laundry starts at 7am and wakes everyone up the whole visit. Two busses of kids running down the hallways past 9pmA random $20 charge to my card at check in when already paid in full

Very disappointed with our stay...

Liked: Always stay here when in town and the location is what we like.
Disliked: The POOL !! It was not cared for, it was so cloudy you couldn’t see the bottom. It had stringy white things floating in it and it smelled. Plus the pool was ice cold
