Liked: Clean rooms. Great pool facility with hot tub. Pool is large so even if a lot of people were there it wouldn’t feel too crowded. I liked that they had a thinner pillow options. Usually hotels only have one pillow size and it’s absolutely massive, which is no good for me. They have us a 30 minute late checkout which really helped make our stay more enjoyable with some extra pool time for the kids.

Liked: The rooms were nice. The pool was big and great for the kids. The hot tub was hot we loved it. The housekeepers were pleasant.
Disliked: Some staff at the front desk always looked annoyed and talked with little attitudes. The breakfast lady was rude and always looked annoyed. No one really ever smiles or looks happy. And the floor in the pool area was always dirty when we went in. Bandaids left all over.
