Frustrating due to incompetent management...

Liked: The hotel is clean, comfortable and in a good location.
Disliked: The problem lies in the fact that the staff is not trained and caused a huge, unnecessary debacle by not knowing how to process our payment correctly. Tony, the onsite manager is not knowledgeable and his communication skills are subpar. When he got frustrated with my request to release my funds on a hold that shouldn’t have been placed on my card, he hung up on me. Unprofessional and unacceptable. Will never give them our business again due to their overall incompetence.

My stay was fine

Liked: Breakfast was good Staff very nice
Disliked: It’s the same as all hotels, no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Lighting around sink and mirrors poor.

Great hotel with suites, good...

Liked: Breakfast buffet was well stocked and tables were clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating, we appreciate that so much when traveling with small children! Would stay here again without hesitation
