We just had a bad experience at check in; our room was OK but to be honest, nobody likes to be treated with attitude right when you're about to check in - makes you not want to stay there ever again.

Liked: Our bed and pillows were very comfortable.
Disliked: The girl that checked us in (don't know her name but she's pregnant) had really bad customer service plus she gave us keys to a room that already had people in it. It was very embarrassing going up to the 3rd floor and trying and trying and trying to open the door only for a guest to open the door, who I'm pretty sure we woke up because it was really late at night - they asked us what our problem was and closed the door on our faces. This was my first bad experience in a hotel ever. Please talk to that girl in check in.

Liked: Breakfast was good and well stocked. Room and bathroom were clean and well maintained. The bed and linens were clean and well maintained. Strange no phone in the room.
Disliked: No phone in the room. Wi-fi password did not work. No one at the front desk for checkout. Bathroom shower curtain did not do its job. Water all over the floor after showering. Not enough light over the desk.
