Liked: The room was clean and the bathroom was fully stocked with lots of essentials
Disliked: When I arrived the clerk on duty asked if I had paid for my reservation with PayPal or some other prepayment method and I said yes. She said they did not accept those payment types and asked if I had another card to put on file for incidentals. I gave her a card and she charged the full amount of my hotel stay to it which I did not understand as my reservation had been paid through Booking.com in August. I was told that I would have to wait until Monday for the charges to be reversed.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: I didn’t like booking.com charging me for days I wasn’t there. A hurricane come in and the job I was on canceled work and I was able to leave to go home. To me I shouldn’t have to pay for days I was not there.

Passable

Liked: Facility was not what is expected of Holiday Inn Express. Needs some updating.
Disliked: Smelled musty, needs updating, cleaning could be better. Staff was not friendly.

The first night was great....

Liked: Good location and rooms were clean and modern.
Disliked: Someone was having a party in the room next to us all night the second night we were there and the hotel staff did not get them to quiet down until 2:30 AM

Exceptional

Liked: The young man, Andrew, at the front desk was an absolute delight! Great customer service experience.
Disliked: The AC in our room would not turn off. We had to unplug it...slightly inconvenient but nothing big.

My stay at holiday inn...

My experience here was not...

Disliked: Upon checking in, there was a note posted on the front desk stating there were no television service throughout the hotel for the weekend. The second day we had to checkout early because there were bugs crawling all around the room.
