Liked: Nothing at all really not maintained. Tub was chipped and repaired badly. No adhesive protection in tub , I slipped and fell out of tub during a shower!
Disliked: The entire staff was lazy non English speaking Couldn't communicate at all

Disliked: Room was cold the thermometer was broken the water was cold and no hot water in the morning tried to use elevator and it was out of service I had to rag all my thing through the stairs the second room I had was the same it really want comfortable at all I have a 5 month baby and it was to cold for him

Liked: Cold and not much in tray. Rubbery scrambled eggs.
Disliked: No hot water in shower. Let it run long time. Incapable staff working. No management at work or available. Sent a girl to room that wanted to help but could not speak English. We had to leave for day with out shower. Waited for manager to call. I had to call back at 11. Manager was told manager still not there. When I asked for regional manager number the prop manager was then produced on phone. She gave us 1000. Points on our IGH account. No refund. Food bad and there was someone else black hair in tub. Still will not go back.
