Parking issues

Liked: Great location. Everyone is very nice and attentive. Very good breakfast. The shower is great!
Disliked: The situation with the parking is very confusing. I paid the room with the parking fee. They took my plate number at the check in, I asked if there was something else that needed to be done about the parking, they said no. At the checkout, the gate wouldn't open. The front desk opened it after I called them. The next day, I received a text from the parking company saying that if I don't pay for the parking, they will have to enforce it. I called the front desk, and they said that they don't handle the parking, then they found out I did pay and it turns out that they forgot to do something to let the parking know that I paid. They said they would call me to make sure it's fixed, I'm still waiting for their call.

Overpriced and noisy but a...

Liked: Close to Sixth Street in Austin and convenient for the venues at the Levitation festival.
Disliked: The property is near two homeless shelters and close to loud nightclubs. The property is also used by visiting University students on game days…so it is not quiet.
