Liked: The beds are extremely comfortable and the water pressure is amazing! The room was extremely clean and very comfortable.

Liked: the breakfast is not as healthy as I would have at home but OKI wish the wheat bread was whole wheat for example and the bagels multi grain as one option
Disliked: the location on College Avenue in Auburn makes it nearly unwalkable

Disliked: I was still charged the full price of the hotel stay without my consent when I didn't even check in, and specifically selected that I would pay in person. The staff refused me a refund.

Know what u pay for

Liked: We arrived at the site to enjoy my daughter graduation. I paid for this room 2 weeks in advance ( 3 people to stay). I paid for king suite with sofa bed. When we arrive ( from out of state!!!) they put us (3 adults) in a king suite ( 1 bed with kitchen). We called when we got into the room and told them we can not all sleep in one bed. They were hesitant but changed our room , giving us 2 beds with sofa bed room. We left the premises and received a call stating we had to move out the room bc it was a mistake to move us and the hotel was booked. Short version- they deactivated our key when we returned and after a conversation that we don’t have anywhere to go and my daughter is graduating- we ended up staying in that room. Just a bad experience .
