Liked: I liked the setup of the hotel. You walk outside your door and you can look down into the lobby. That was the first time I saw that in a hotel.
Disliked: I wish they would serve seasoned potatoes or hash browns for breakfast.

Liked: hot breakfast and very clean
Disliked: just that I told them before arrival how many people in my room and still had to go get more towel sets

Disliked: They didn't mention before booking there was a $15.00 incidentals fee by card only (no cash) when checking in. And lumpy mattress.

Liked: Cleanliness and the staff are super friendly and helpful

Liked: The staff and maintence were very helpful in making my stay pleasant despite not having a pool even though the hotel was advertised with a pool.
Disliked: I chose this hotel based upon and that it had a pool outside. The pool never worked. This was revealed on the site and the first room that I was given the couch was broken. I was assigned a different room but still no pool!! Kids love to be in a pool.

Liked: The hotel (Holiday Inn Express) far exceeded my expectations, this hotel is so accommodating, I love my stay, has all the amenities that anyone could ask for, I only have one problem, the staff is not too fluent in English, but I can understand what them
