Liked: The staff were very helpful we were able to check in an hour early with no problem. Location was great and a very clean room. The only problem the television service was out the entire stay.

Liked: I liked the setup of the hotel. You walk outside your door and you can look down into the lobby. That was the first time I saw that in a hotel.
Disliked: I wish they would serve seasoned potatoes or hash browns for breakfast.

Disliked: just that I told them before arrival how many people in my room and still had to go get more towel sets

Liked: The staff and maintence were very helpful in making my stay pleasant despite not having a pool even though the hotel was advertised with a pool.
Disliked: I chose this hotel based upon and that it had a pool outside. The pool never worked. This was revealed on the site and the first room that I was given the couch was broken. I was assigned a different room but still no pool!! Kids love to be in a pool.
