Very poor

Liked: The front staff was 3. The room was hot but I was accommodated. The hotel is in major need of a makeover. Great location but will not return.
Disliked: Major makeover and renovation is much needed.

Extremely mediocre. Would not recommend.

Liked: The breakfast was okay the next morning.
Disliked: Extremely outdated. The elevator did not work. There was a huge stain on the pull out mattress. You could also tell that some people lived there full time. A very interesting experience. Not worth the price at all.

Liked: Elevator down entire stay noise all throughout the night from other guest. Mold in ceiling bathroom and peeling paint

Liked: The elevators haven't been working for months and that should be known when making reservations the first room was dirty they had to switch us to another one the room phone was not working and they always had the front desk phone on do not disturb the people over top of us had small kids and no consideration for us under them the person at the front desk had attitude.

Liked: I did not eat breakfast provided by the hotel
Disliked: When we arrived at the hotel the elevators were down and our room was on the 4th floor granted they called us beforehand to inform us of the situation but I missed the call. I wasn’t able rebook with another hotel and I was 5 hours away from home so the receptionist said we could move to another room on a lower level the next day after some checkouts and room cleaning. I called down to the front desk twice and they assured me they would let me know when the room was ready and my room was never moved. The ice machine was out on the 4th floor and you had to go all the way down to the 1st floor for ice, the smoke detector was missing in our room, the facet in the shower was on crooked, the Keurig didn’t work at all and the mini fridge barely closed without some added force behind it and the shelf it was sitting on looked like it has severe water damage. So for the price I paid this was not a good stay.
