Liked: Staff was very friendly and polite.
Disliked: Room had mildew and stains around the vents in the room, on doors, elevators, and hallways. There is some type of pinkish spray along all baseboards in the hallway. Even the breakfast was not to their normal standard. Someone tried to scam people staying at the Hotel. They called the room pretending to be customer service and was attempting to get $200 via apple pay by insisting that this would allow them to return the $200 deposit faster. The front desk was aware of the scam.

Disliked: I reserved 2 rooms, my daughter and her family were bitten by I can only assume bedbugs. Both rooms shower leaked. We stayed on the second floor and the elevator was out the Entire stay
