Disliked: We booked 2 rooms with 2 queen beds and when we checked in the lady at the desk was very hard to communicate with. Her dialect of English was hard to understand. She kept telling us that all she had was rooms with 1 king bed. We finally just agreed to take those rooms, went up to them and realized that one of the rooms had not been cleaned. There was dirty underwear in the bathroom floor and the tub was dirty in the bottom!

Disliked: I booked a 2 gueen bed room on your site, which you confirmed and charged me for. When I arrived they only have king rooms and had no record of my 2 queen request. They offered no help and I was forced to call another hotel, rebook and pay again. As I wasn't able to use my booking, please advise me on how to get my payment to you refunded.
