Disliked: I would like a refund honestly because the property’s pool was shut down with no warning online or over the phone and the whole point of going to this hotel was to celebrate my daughters birthday with a pool party which I let the property know, and when I showed up at the property the clerk was rude. We didn’t check in or stay at the property. We decided to leave and go to the property in ironton,oh

Great place to stay

Liked: Best free breakfast I’ve had in a while at hotel. Everybody was friendly and the rooms were very spacious and the whole facility was super clean.
Disliked: The indoor pool was down for cleaning the 2 days I was there.

Other than the not convenient...

Liked: Location great: meet family and bed was very comfortable. Staff friendly and check in was swift. It was cold when we went, only thing better was if they would of had more convenient plug in stations, in the parking lot for diesel truck.
Disliked: Not accept convenient plug in station for diesel truck

Disliked: This property is in midst of remodeling, it would have been nice to know at booking time.
