Liked: I am used to a waffle maker but, a pancake maker was an interesting change.
Disliked: The toilet ran often, almost constantly.

Good

Liked: The housekeeper and food service staff were great. The breakfast was really good.
Disliked: Discovered bugs in the room at the end of our stay and the ac/heating unit made a very loud noise when turned on. Not the warmest reception arriving and leaving.

Hotel was clean

Liked: Location was good and close to restaurants and shops. The breakfast was ok one morning and the second morning much better. The first morning was cheese omelette and I didn’t like the processed cheese they used in the middle. The second morning’s breakfast was scrambled eggs that were good and the bacon was crispy and very tasty. The biscuits were good and gravy ok…..I’m not a packaged gravy fan but that is what you get at most hotels. Good juice options and good cereal & yogurt options too. Coffee was good……lots of bread items like bagels, muffins, pancakes, etc. to choose from. Hotel staff were friendly and I noticed a young woman vacuuming often on our floor.
