Disliked: Saw cockroaches first night there in the hall

Liked: I don't think is very good cleaning.
Disliked: The body soap has water and for that reason I checked the shampoo and was the same, I was feeling everything there is not true customer care.

Liked: The breakfast was awesome each day the changed up the menu daily. The lady was very nice and professional.
Disliked: One reason we chose this hotel was to use the indoor pool. When we arrived it was out of order. Staff gave dumb excuses why it was closed. They said the maintenance man took the key home. Then they told us he went on vacation.

Liked: Great room great breakfast

Disliked: Coffee maker in lobby was broken, had two Keurig that took three minutes per cup. People always in line. Staff said they have been waiting two weeks for parts. Would also like microwave and fridge in room.

Liked: Convenient location
Disliked: They called the morning of our expected arrival to let us know the room we had reserved/booked wasnt available so we had to stay in a smaller room and sleep 3 to each bed. Needless to say no sleep that night and left two night early and went home. Small parking lot. No vending machines on either floor and not even WATER, juice, tea available downstairs at the desk either-said they ran out Small, crowded dining/eating area with little seating and had to wait for people to finish eating to sit down with our food which was just edible. Overpriced for being a bit outdated and with other said issues.

Very good

Liked: Room was comfortable and decently clean there were pretzels near the edge of the bed. Needed to vacuum better. Location of room was fantastic. Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Pool was closed for maintenance. Bath tub water spout was not working properly.

Passable

Liked: The breakfast was the best part of our stay.
Disliked: The bathtub leaked a steady stream of water constantly and was annoying.

Very good

Liked: The staff was very helpful. At first I thought there was an issue with my booking but it was just a mistake by the overnight attendant he was new I dont blame him. He was very accommodating to help rectify my situation and then a staff member who worked overnight fixed everything so that when I woke up in the morning, everything was fixed and there was no issues. The staff is five star.
Disliked: I just feel like the place needs a little touching up walls cleaned and painted. Bathtubs may be cleaned up a little bit more.
