Disappointing stay for an Holiday Inn Express.

Liked: Location. Convenient off the highway.
Disliked: I was traveling with my elderly mother and family. I booked 3 rooms. Our rooms air conditioning was broken. The place was sold out so there was nothing we could do. When we returned from the concert at 12:30 at night, the elevator was broke. My mother is disabled and typically rides in a wheelchair because of her legs. The attendant on site said it couldnt be fixed until morning and there was not another option. Because they were sold out we could not switch to a first floor room. She had to walk to the 2nd floor which was extremely difficult but we made it. Im just not sure how this was ADA compliant. Response for both issues were not very consumer oriented or frankly helpful.
