Liked: The comfort of the bed
Disliked: Hair in the bed, I have always stayed at holiday inn express and have always left with a good feeling knowing I would return there again. This was not the case…Breakfast was horrible, never experienced that at other holiday inn express I was charged $50 deposit for a room, I asked front desk is this fee was everybody that checks in she said yes… meanwhile she didn’t charge another guy $50 she only charged him $25 ,

Disliked: Had lots of rain water coming in the room, from the AC area. Had to walk through 6 inches of water just to get in the entrance of the hotel. The entire parking lot was flooded.

Liked: Yes i was there for my Sister Funeral and.the hotel stay was great.The breakfast was good. I needed something to eat so before leaving for the funeral they had this awesome breakfast ready.
Disliked: The staff was very friendly, The rooms were clean⁹

Disliked: The carpets and floors could be updated and the showers can be a bit more cleaner.

Liked: The convenience of the location
Disliked: It was mediocre for the price. Our TV didn’t work so we got moved to another room that smelled terrible and stirred my allergies up, the carpet was filthy and my feet were black after walking barefooted. You could hear through the walls and ceilings too much. Very loud.
