Liked: Location was great and staff was friendly when available. Fairly clean and comfortable. Great coffee and breakfast options.
Disliked: staff wasn't always available. seemed to be they were spread thin.

Nice room for a visit...

Liked: Breakfast was okay. No bacon that I was hoping for. lol The sausage links were good though.
Disliked: Coffee maker in the room didn't work. I mentioned it on check out. Also, my first night there was a lot of loud commotion in the hallway pretty late at night like 11pm or so. Not sure what it was but it was loud and lasted for a few minutes. I was also expecting that the mobility friendly/disabled bathroom option I selected was a walk-in type shower with a built in bench with multiple hand bars that are common in those showers. This bath had a shower chair off to the side of a regular bathtub with a normal shower that also had a wand. The soap is in dispensers on the wall at the back of the shower opposite the shower spray so if you are in a shower chair you either have to face the shower or the soap dispensers. I just stood up and did not use the chair so I could access the soap and the shower at the same time. I'm 70.

Liked: The comfort of the bed
Disliked: Hair in the bed, I have always stayed at holiday inn express and have always left with a good feeling knowing I would return there again. This was not the case…Breakfast was horrible, never experienced that at other holiday inn express I was charged $50 deposit for a room, I asked front desk is this fee was everybody that checks in she said yes… meanwhile she didn’t charge another guy $50 she only charged him $25 ,

Will not stay there again.

Disliked: Had lots of rain water coming in the room, from the AC area. Had to walk through 6 inches of water just to get in the entrance of the hotel. The entire parking lot was flooded.
