Neat and clean and quiet. It was overall excellent.

Disliked: Nothing.

We went to see a concert at the Isleta Amphitheater. Very close to venue, but when you are leaving the amphitheater after your event you will be rerouted, so make sure you have a GPS. Very comfortable hotel. It was quiet and had a wonderful staff. I would stay here again.

Liked: Very clean room. Comfortable.
Disliked: Bus and semi truck took up much of the parking when we got in late.

We were met with friendly service and the accommodations were very nice. We asked for help in locating different things at the front desk and the staff was very nice and helpful. I plan on staying at the hotel again soon.

Liked: good coffee and breakfast. Clean, well run good staff. I like you have the soaps and shampoos in reusable bottles on wall mounts and that you don't have to waste plastic to give out all the little bottles anymore. Good move! Appreciated.
Disliked: other people who make noise coming and going later at night. Not your fault.

Liked: The room was just the right size. I enjoyed the coffee bar with the beans.
Disliked: I felt it was a little pricey for the room, and not a secure parking. I was in Albuquerque because my daughter in law was taken there for complications in her pregnancy. And was in the hospital. I didn't get a discount for that.

Liked: Close to the airport
Disliked: No shuttle to or from the airport. They said I had to get an uber at my cost. Not happy about that. They should give you a credit for the Uber. Single older woman and plane landed at 10:30 pm.
