Horrible!!!

Liked: I was coming in from a different city far away for a basketball tournament. Without my knowledge the hotel staff on duty cancelled my room. Something told me to call to verify my stay because I did book with Booking.com. The staff on duty by the name of Jennifer told me it was their policy to cancel all the bookings the morning of if they tried to run the payment and the payment did not go through. The card I had on file with booking.com was an old card and was not the card I was going to pay with. I had booked the “pay at property” option for this reason. When asked why she didn’t bother to let me know she told me she had no record of anything about me on file to notify me which is crazy when you you have to save your name and number to book the room. I asked her why there was nothing about this on their page or anything verifying what she told me she had no answers. I didn’t get in til midnight that Saturday and had I not called to verify my hotel, my kids and I would have not had a place to sleep. I had to booked this hotel way early so it would be cheaper and close to the tournament area we were set to play at. I had to find another hotel last minute and it was much more expensive. Waste of my time and money. I will never book here again!
