Liked: The beds were not the most comfortable like at other holiday inn locations we’ve stayed at. And the toilet ran all night

Eh, I'd go elsewhere

Disliked: Stayed at the Holiday Inn, and overall, it was just okay. The location was fine, but the noise from other rooms and outside was pretty noticeable. Cleanliness wasn’t great, floors in my room were sticky and dirty, the couch had stains, and the lamps were rusted. One even sparked when I plugged in my phone charger. The hotel itself felt outdated. One of the bigger disappointments was the swimming pool being closed, which was a major reason we booked this hotel, especially with kids. For the price ($200 a night after tax), I expected better. It wasn’t terrible, but it definitely wasn’t worth the cost.
