The staff, cleanliness and comfort...

Liked: The staff was wonderful. The room was very clean, well equipped, and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The walking distance from my room to the elevator was just too long for me due to a medical issue. I did ask for a closer room. The desk agent tried to find me something on the ground floor, but couldn’t. He helped me with my bags while checking in and leaving. I appreciated his understanding and assistance. I think breakfast wasn’t great. Things kept running out and I didn’t find the hot foods very appetizing looking, or tasting.

Liked: The location was close to airport. We were on business so it was good. If on vacation not close to any beach or resteraunts other than chain.

Liked: Walls not sound proof. KIDS SCREAMING ALL NIGHT IN ROOM NEXT TO US. THEN ABOVE US THERE WAS A ROLLING SOUND BACK N FORTH ALL NIGHT.
