Silent stay. Very restful and...

Liked: Very clean and almost too quiet. I never realized the amount of ambient sound present in my own home until this stay. As silent as a tomb. Absolutely silent. Last time, we shared the facility with a horde of little league baseball/softball players so there was a bit of foot traffic in the halls and slamming doors. We were on the first floor that stay. This time we were in 208, second floor and no ball players.
Disliked: Nothing comes to mind. I would really like to see hotels install bidets on their toilets. Also, I wish hotel rooms had ceiling fans, something to quietly move the air. The climate control unit does move the air, but they all are noisy.

Liked: Location; breakfast was very good
Disliked: First room was not clean, had to get moved to another room. Very noisy at night. Hotel staff not responsive to phone calls. Holiday Inn main customer service number hung up on us twice when trying to complain about the noise.

Great stay!!

Liked: Very clean and comfortable room. Staff made us feel welcome. Breakfast buffet had plenty of good choices and brewed coffee. Breakfast attendant was attentive. Property within walking distance to Lucilles Restaurant. Food and atmosphere were awesome!
Disliked: Property was great!
